How to buy

1st - When entering our store you can search the Search Magnifier for the product you are interested in or go directly to a collection on the store's Home Page.

2° - When choosing your product and seeing all the information regarding it, click buy now, you will automatically be redirected to our Checkout.

3° - At check-out at our store, enter all the requested data, also fill in your location correctly, to avoid problems later regarding the delivery of your order.

4° - After all the previous steps, you will choose the payment method, we have three payment methods: Credit Card, Pix and Bank Slip. Credit Card purchases are automatically approved, facilitating faster shipping of your Order. Purchases on Pix are also automatically approved, also speeding up the shipping of your Order. Boleto Bancário purchases can be approved within 3 days. One of the ways to speed up Boleto Bancário payment is to copy the barcode and pay directly in your Digital Bank application. If you decide to print your invoice and pay at a Lottery, it may occur that your invoice will clear up to 3 days later, taking 4 days to clear.

5° - After making your purchase, wait for us to send you information regarding your order and later the order tracking code.

6° - After receiving the tracking code for your order, you can check where it is on our website by going to the Help Center, at the bottom of our online store and clicking on the Order Tracking tab. If you have any other questions, you can also contact our customer service team and we will help you!

7° - When your product arrives, check that everything is normal. If there is a problem, contact us via our customer service team to resolve any problem regarding the product.

8° - After the product is in line with what is offered, don't forget to rate us on all our platforms and also leave your Feedback on the product page, to help us improve our service even more.
